Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. Changes to appointments require prior notice.

4. Liability:

We take utmost care during cleaning. However, we’re not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or improper installation of items.

5. Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion of services. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee. Refunds are subject to review and consideration.

7. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for our team. Any hazards should be communicated beforehand.
