Air BNB/Rental:
- Full top to bottom clean of inside of house
- Clean all applicable outside spaces such as patios/porches/entertainment areas
- Turnover of all linens (bedding, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, kitchen towels)
- Restock all guest supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, sponges, trash bags, etc
- Putting out any welcome gifts for guests
- Small maintenance items such as changing air filters and burned out light bulbs
- Receive text notification once clean is finished along with notification of any damages
- Access to private Google drive folder which will contain the following:
- Pictures of completed house after every clean
- Pictures of any and all damages
- Property Update/Damage report documenting any damages and status of property
